The controller utilizes PID closed-loop control algorithm technology to regulate the temperature of the heating system. Meanwhile, pulse heat riveting technology is a method of achieving plastic riveting by providing high-energy pulses of heat in a short period. After initiating the riveting process, the high-current pulse heating system is employed to convert electrical energy into heat, rapidly reaching the desired temperature in the riveting area. Subsequently, the fast cooling and solidification of the connection are achieved through air-cooling technology. PID control enables fast and precise heating processes, effectively controlling the riveting temperature and preventing overheating or undercooling.
The controller can store 5 sets of programs, with each program having the capability to set 3 sets of parameters. Each parameter can have a maximum of 4 heating segments, allowing for versatile riveting of various products. It is also equipped with RS-485/Ethernet communication interfaces for convenient parameter configuration and retrieval. Furthermore, the parameter settings are password-protected to prevent unauthorized operations effectively.
